Every new level we introduce should have a purpose. A meaning. Not just a new flight, but a new collection specific to that flight. Sometimes a new building that is specific to that collection as well. New stories to be told through the side quests. And more.

Yeah... We're aware of this one. If you have MCC level 3, you can start space missions to previous two, but you can't see TOP 100 rating for them. It's not meant to be this way, and it's going to be fixed with a next update.

We most certainly don't want to punish anyone who accidentally runs into a bug, whether it's to their advantage or not. But once is once, and continuous exploits is a whole different thing.

Hey AJ, exploiting game bugs got you banned, but I'm glad after all these weeks you've finally admitted doing it. Thanks for reporting them. If anyone's willing to check how well those "good bugs" and our anti-cheat system work, feel free to try them out as well! ;)

Try doing less taps per second, every one of those is validated by the game server, so if you click them very fast it seems suspicious.

We'll try to adjust the difficulty for future special events so it doesn't feel like torture. But passing your tickets through GI will help us (the team) to improve their work and make contacting support a better experience in general, as we can't possibly solve all the issues directly by...

Trying to hack the game and asking for support from developers if you mess up is not how you make friends with the developers. You forgot to mention this little detail about hacking to everyone... GI support team will do what they can to help you.
