From my first 23 fighter jet flights, I got 9 hydraulic tools. I would say that definitely doesn't qualify as "always." From those flights, I also got 12 items towards the Plasma Blaster, but not a complete set (no Trigger).

This is disappointing. I don't care for the recent trend of repeating missions from last year. I hadn't started playing yet a year ago, but I think those buildings (farmer's market, etc) should be for the people that participated in it last year and new collections could be developed for this...

Are everyone's elves really stingy? I think my star dust drop is about 1 in 8. That means I can do 2-3 flights to lapland a day. I don't see much point in finishing up the third sleigh hangar as my other two barely fly.
