my game was banned for “Time Travel” as they call it. I swear I haven’t travelled to different time zones or changed my settings. They have unlocked it. But now I am missing all of my neighbors and the “Santa’s Bad Mood” event is gone. It has taken 3 days to get to this point. I wonder how long...

who do you contact at GI to figure out why an account was locked? I have only ever played from one device and never done anything even close to cheating. I even just spent money to buy greens and then they locked my account.

When can we delete some of the hangars it will not let us get rid of from past events?

Good afternoon, I am back to the game after a brief time away. I lost all of my neighbors and will have to start over. If you would like, please add me. If not, please reply here with your friend code and I will add you.

I am not able to click on the building it says you need to click on for items for upgrades to the heli items... It tells me what they should drop if I click on them, but no option to gain anything from them like with any other items for passengers or coin.

I can't get it to work for some reason this time.

G! Was able to restore my game and friends. I am back to playing now. Now, I need to update my signature and will do so this evening. Thank you.

I have tried to force quit the game as well to see if it would update from the server with no results either.
