Thanks for that info greensmith, exactly what I needed to know :) Apart from that, the real frustration for me is the fact that I can visit just 5 neighbors and only one of them has a training center, which makes the treadmill collection really hard to complete (zero item so far).

A question for you guys more advanced than me in this quest : Is it useful to build several cosmic fuel stations or one is enough ?

Hi Patrick, As far as I am concerned, I think you should to the upgrade. Main reason is that there is nothing to lose doing it (which is good news in itself if previous upgrades is anything to go by !). And you will have new challenges that breaks the monotony.
