Anyone else experiencing this same thing, when they upgrade a building it taking longer - almost as if some time offline isnt counting towards their build time? EG, i upgraded my MC to level 3 last week, and calculated that it would be ready tuesday evening about 6-7 pm local time, but was away...

when i logged this afternoon i needed 3 gramophones , i got all 3 in the space of about 6 hours... having just done my 5 commections im left with 6-4-0-8-7.... 25 extra pieces and no gramophones in there, thats some bad RNG

I'm down to 4 days and wit 2 collections complete I'm 6-4-0-4-5 this seems ridiculous hat I've had the required buildings for what will be 10 days and may not complete the event... i can understand making them harder, but cmon, this is getting ridiculous! SG makes no difference what so ever...
