Did she change her alliance since the reset? You can only work on missions as long as you stay in the alliance you were in when the missions were started, so when the reset comes on Sundays.

Don't pay real money for a game that changes the rules constantly. You have no idea what may come next to ruin the fun for you completely.

Could it be that there is an update that you did not install? They might implement a "feature" that does not allow older versions to connect to the server any longer so that everybody is forced to install upgrades whether they contain game changes that ruin the game or not.

Do not worry about anything but do what brings you some fun in the game without spending any real money. Look at it as a nice passtime that may be taken away from you any time without further notice because someone at G$ decides so.

Yep, that's what I suggested somewhere as well. If they really need a limit to sell more greens again (which is their definition of "missing balance that needs to be restored"), than eventually 1000 but never 100.

As far as I understood, G! can restore your game on a new device without imposing the 100 items restriction if you give them the code of your old game. However, it is questionable if they do that for all customers since that really costs them time and thus money. If it will stay that way is also...
