AirportCityGame.com is the Number One place to be when it comes to the hit game Airport City!
Real time chat to other players, trade items together, complete space missions, form & arrange alliances and much much more. It's all here at AirportCityGame.com
Thanks for your explanations. As you can see, I was just at level 19 when I wrote this. Now I'm at level 20 and just found out about co-op (for AC players: alliance) membership, in game chat and regattas. It's adding a lot to the game and I've always missed a feature to chat in AC, now I enjoy...
As @GiftXchange suggested, I started playing "township" recently.
At first, I thought "oh no, cute overload" ;) but after giving it a try, I got to liking it.
I guess it is a game directed at younger players and thus it is pretty much straightforward and there is not much planning ahead...
You can update your central garage a couple more times before that is at its highest level. Each upgrade costs some millions but you gather millions over time anyway. Each upgrade will level you up by one or even two levels and you'll earn one or two diamonds with it so that you can collect them...
I still think it's a bug. ;) They must have some kind of "if level greater than x, request y visits of friends" in their code and what they forgot to check there is another if statement like "if hearts level too low, stick to the max he can visit".
All I did was play a lot and it hit me, without...
@flyfire:
I'm at a point where I basically just wait to get enough money to upgrade the central garage so that I can level up once more and thereby gain the diamonds needed to buy another slice of land. I haven't found another way of earning them any more since those side quests that rewarded me...
It's relaxed...
No pressure to collect productions at certain times, no rush to send off the planes again the moment they come in, ... ;)
No worries whether the game might crash or you might be struck by the 100 limit...
Reading books is awesome actually. ;)
There is a number of alternative games being discussed in https://www.airportcitygame.com/forums/alternative-games.59/ but so far, there doesn't seem to be one many can relate to. If you know of something, please post about it there.
I trace the dump trucks while they run. You can upgrade each truck and bus, also dump trucks. A three star dump truck can carry 160 waste and if you click on its icon in the dump truck list, you can see how much it picks up. If it gets close to 160, you might need to get a new one and to take...
I think there is no such equivalent in this game. It is rather a combination of building new buildings that produce stuff and then to add trucks to transport the goods from one place to another, thus creating production lines that start with basics like raw oil, produce intermediate items from...
The fact that everybody dealt with it is exactly the reason why I decided to stop wasting my time once it hit me. If after 5 years, they still did not give the resources to the development team to make the game stable, I do not think they will ever. Instead, they focus on crippling the game and...
From what I read all over the forum, I guessed that it happens again and again. That is one of the reasons why I decided to pull the plug before I waste more time on it and get hit again and my frustration is only bigger.
When you click on the building that it requires, it takes you to the shop and shows you which one it is. Probably the laundry.
You get more stars by completing more flights. You see how many flights you need to earn the next star at any given destination when you click on the name of the...
I've tried that and always got the same responses. I have a feeling the "supporters" there do not even know the game, let alone play it themselves. I don't understand how any company can allow that.
I waited too long with building my fire station and had some buildings burning when I returned to the game.
As you can see in my new screenshot, I need to re-invest energy to get those buildings back. Different amounts of energy depending on the type of building.
I also have to "decontaminate"...
I found something that is a bit similar to AC and still different.
One big advantage of it is that it offers in game chat, so you can discuss with your friends what to gift them and such.
I wrote about my first experiences with "Virtual City Playground" here...
