The most irritating issue so far seems to be with game hanging up on loading screen if your system language is not the one we support officially. Try changing it...
Galaxy Store and Google Play Store are two different versions of the game, as in: separate releases like iOS and Windows. Although we try to update them simultaneously now. Galaxy Store version should be soon.
Well, there's this update that's coming tomorrow soon (bad luck announcing release dates) — it has a few challenges and long-term goals both for new and experienced players. Over 50 new flights to master — and that's just the beginning. :)
At this moment we don't support synchronous play on iPad and iPhone, as in "I played on iPad in the morning, got to work, then played on iPhone, and then in a few hours back on iPad, etc." as it would require always-on Internet connection while playing — and it's something we're not going to do...
If you're playing on Android 5.3.14 — it's a stable release will all the latest new content, and there's no reason for you to update yet.
Next major update will come in May.

unfortunately that's a known issue that we can't fix remotely and at this moment we can't advice a way to avoid this problem from happening. Please endure until we fix it with next major update.

So far the issue doesn't seem to be widespread, with only 0.001% of our active players affected at the moment.

We're going to keep looking, because as of now we have no clear understanding what caused the problem with 5.3.20 update.
You can either try to weather the storm and wait for an update with a fix (I can't say when it'll be, though, at this point) or go for a 'clean re-install' from support team...
If it worked fine on startup and you didn't lose any progress — you're fine to keep playing.
We've done two server fixes that should address the alliance rating counter not counting passengers for those who had a transfer from iPad to a new app and the losing of progress issues. Please...
If it was on Monday, then unfortunately I think they're gone. Our servers were down for some time.
Passengers start counting towards alliance after a profile is at least a day old as an anti-cheat measure.
Other than that — we'll look into it.

Looks like we've got a critical error in 5.3.20 update for Android that we've rolled out a few hours ago (and I personally said "it's safe to update" - what a joke indeed).
Please don't download it while we investigate. It looks like it only affects some players on Android 6.0+ and...
