@Stella 748 yes that is me and I did get the catering. Thanks! Still having trouble with my game...I'm showing up as "username", so if you have someone at level 66 like that, it's probably me. I can still send and receive gifts though, so thanks to those to sent! Hopefully this will be fixed soon!

I'm having some problems with the new update. I'm not able to save my username, so I may have disappeared from neighbor lists or be just showing up as "username". I sent out gifts and seem to be able to receive them. Hopefully this is fixed soon so I can visit people for the event!

Thanks for the advice. I tried this, but it's like the green check mark isn't accepting it? Almost like it's not click able. Hope it just takes time. It's weird because all of my information, neighbors, alliance info, etc are saved and there. I just can't interact with anyone.

I feel really stupid...I'm having this problem and can't get my username to save. When you say default, is it possible I changed it at one point? If so, how would I know? I opened a ticket already. I want this solve quickly since the event is going on.
