I know where you're coming from. Thankfully, I never got to the spending greenies bit - it's just a game (been there before elsewhere...a few times). It's always the people that get you - make you want to not leave. But GI's attitude is a new one on me. It's as though they don't care about...

Didn't get the maintenance gift - raised a ticket - sent within a couple hours. I've given them plenty of stick on here recently, but the speed of the response was excellent. Well done GI

I've rebooted - visited Madlen - checked for updates.... no joy! PS Adverts were NOT working at all for me after the maintenance (they were occasionally before)

Everything was working okay yesterday evening (apart from not getting the goodies for maintenance). I try a space launch this morning : "Maintenance in Progress" I could do it yesterday - tried closing/restarting, still the same. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, people are irritated - and rightly so! You hit the nail on the head 'if things go according to plan'! GI are a commercial company. making money from their customers (us). As such, they are providing a service. Yes occasionally updates need to be made, but presumably their plan indicates...
