When clicking to buy greenies from the bank in Windows it comes up in dollars only and not UK Pounds and you can't actually get past that stage and wont let you buy anything Has anyone else got this issue or is it just me!! :cry: Very much out of character for GI NOT to want you to buy...

Does anyone know if you visit snow melting facilities of neighbours if you can potentially get drops from them?? I'd assume yes is the answer??

Agree its a proper pain!! :dead: My main account is on andriod but my support account is on windows and i'm forever getting frustrated looking for the new quest locations on my support account only to realise they're not physically there yet!!

Hi Charleene, happy to hop on with a QL, do you have a friend code?

@BelleAIr Snow melting facility drops 65 coins every 1.5hrs (so a LOT slower than the Institute of Vulcanology!), i've not had any quest items drop yet from 4 visits to each of the two i have - as you say best to get six of them as quickly as possible to improve chances of a drop!

OK, so far out of 24 flights to Fargo i've got 4 items from the "Into the White" collection using a spy glass - so that's a 1 in 6 drop rate....so far!! So minimum flights to complete all 35 items is 210...add probably 50% on top for surplus items e.g getting 12 snow ramps when you only need 7...

@Kris no worries, i've got 3 hours to kill before i can visit neighbours and this should be back just in time to start all over again! :D:D
