I looked and it's all the smaller pax buildings. I agree space is an issue because you need space to put the larger buildings. Also continuing to upgrade the terminal so there's more passengers there before harvesting the passengers from the buildings probably would work. The 5% and 10%...

At a point in the game you will want 80-90% of your buildings to be passenger producers. Then you get your coins from elsewhere like launches and collections.

There’s always a guide posted by a forum member at the start of the e ent. You don’t have to read 17 pages to get that. It may be the same one referred to above but it’s usually in the guide part of the forum or one of the first posts in whatever event thread gets created.
