While I agree with you, a lot of people would have spent the $5 to get the premium rewards. So from a GI perspective, that is a winner. So unless people don't purchase the premium rewards, don't expect it to change soon.

So for my premium "Mysterious plane" I got a golden swift. I don't want to sell it but it really is the most useless plane you can get, 30% time bonus on such short flights is meaningless. Sorry for grumbling, just had to vent at my misfortune. :cry: I suppose on the upside I can now knock over...

It's just the nature of the game. Even at level 70, I missed completing the last two events by one item. It frustrating but you soon get over it. Personally I get more value from events to speed my leveling up. When you combine the Spy Glass, with the Pilot's Manual and drops from guest planes...

Do you still have access to the game on the old computer? If so you can transfer the files yourself.

I'm not blaming them but they do have a bad track record. Compared to some in the past, this is nothing. But I am quite genuine, I've been playing this game for so long, I don't get angry at the bugs anymore, they just amuse me

Yep the space launches on Windows is broken. And that is what I love about this game. Just when you think you have it figured out, GI introduce a bunch of bugs to make it interesting. Good stuff guys, love your work.

Has anyone else noticed what seems to be bug introduced in the latest update. All my expensive planes no longer need a special item to speed up the repair. Finally! a bug that works in favour of the player (y)

I'm hearing you, in the past 24 hours I have been landing guest planes constantly and have only had handful of baggage tags. It's really frustrating as the tags seem to be foundation to the whole event. If you don't have tags, you can't do much else.

However in theory if you have the friend code of the person you want to transfer the game to, just submit a support request to have your game transferred. Just say you are transferring your game to a new device. You don't have to say you don't own that device.

Hmm, and only level 27, so it is unlikely they have buildings from previous events. So that's a lot of guest landings or they have spent bazillion dollars of real money on event packs. 🤔
