Not strange. Every time I manually update the store I get loads of app that need updating. The push notifications for app updates is awful through the store. It would take days for an update to be triggered automatically.

Personally, I would ditch it and go for a higher level alliance with more players. A L10 alliance with 20 active members will hit the top 100 even with low level players, just due to power in numbers. Plus you’ll learn more, and it’s just more enjoyable with a bigger group.

I have a game on an iPad mini 2 and things have been bad for years. Much better since V7.0, but it crashes all the time. I think the hardware is just too out of date if I’m honest. I haven’t tried reinstalling so cannot advise there unfortunately.

You have to be careful with sample size too. Did you activate all bonuses before sending the flights out? A recent change to bonuses has stopped them working on anything that is already airborne.
