Just sent a ticket to GI because I have completed Back to School and the icon of the event disapperar from my game, only the clock is running and can not collect the prize. Does anybody have the some problem?

I can't enter to the icon of back to school event, there's only the clock, no image. I finished the first day but didn't want to collect the prize to gain more stars. Plus, since yesterday I can't visit neighbors, got the well known bug!
