I've completed the 'lost and found' collection every day now about 2-3 times since the books started dropping :) The update changed a couple of things. Some collections are gone, like the Easter eggs and the farmers market items. The running wild collection is missing as well, though the items...

Lol chill, I recognise your airport since I visited yesterday (and tapped the rabbit hole hoping to get an egg ;) ) When I found out you only need a minimum amount of roads, I took some grid paper and drew a couple of layouts to see what works best. It helped me free up several squares :)
