So people, I'm back! GI said that they can't do anything with my "downshift" to level 13, but they have added grannies and coins to compensate it. Now I need little time to update my signature and to take care about my... airport village (it's not a city at the moment)

That's the thing - it resets not to level 1, but to Level 13... Had a saved profile from January, maybe that's why
