It happened to my city too and I am an IOS player. GI sent me the file to restart my airport but when I tried that my airport went back to having no buildings and no airplanes. Now waiting on GI again for a fix. This is frustrating...

Did this only happen on the IOS platform? I lost my IOS airport before the Age of Ash but my android airport is just fine.

My IOS airport has the same screen.

I don't know...I think it already hit one of my cities. All of my buildings, airplanes, everything....are all gone. All that's left is the square where everything used to be. (Although I am thinking this is a glitch not relating to this new lava challenge. Ticket has been placed with support.)

Just wondering...anyone else out there play Tribez on IOS and have a problem with the app force closing all the time? I have this problem and it is so annoying. Just wondering if it is my iPad or if it is the app.

I just hope my IOS airport gets fixed before this update. None of my progress is still being saved and I can't visit any of my neighbor's. All I get is the still waiting message when I try visiting. A ticket has been placed but still no progress. :banghead: :rage: :mad:
