    The old good news and bad news....

    I also got a response and GI was able to put me back to where I was before my progress lost. Kind of disappointed that I didn't get any bonuses for losing a couple of days of gameplay...but at least I got my progress back. (y)

    Uninstalled: Feeling Great!

    I am very close to uninstalling also. What disappoints me is the fact that my android reset back to before the soccer challenge, and my IOS airport doesn't like to save my progress because as I have been told by GI support my IPad is too old.

    I am sitting with the same problem. I was reset back to before the soccer challenge. I did open a ticket and I did have screen shots. Still waiting on GI support on the solution.
