Stupidly, I binned a lot of passenger buildings earlier this year to complete the World Cup event - I needed more room in my population for Brazilian villas. I realised my mistake afterwards ‍♂️

so I've got 500k coins anassed (actually, 700k but I'm keeping some in reserve maybe). My question is, should I buy a furniture factory, or a Falcon jet? I've already got to Level 3 MC and Red Launch, so I need more capacity to open up routes but can't decide whether the furniture should come...

Can I ask - how do I get Rocket Garden/Space Needle? I have a Space Needle but don't remember how I got it and I have no idea about the Rocket Garden.
