Hi guys! My game is officially back and running today after a month of it being force closed and bugged! I need items for the upgrade too...I can send Fuel Catalyst, Mayor's Portrait, Beverage Cooler and Airline Route Map back!

is this quest over now? my game has only just been restored I take it I missed a lot! did anyone manage to finish the UFO quest? that's when my game bombed!

Do you still have those 'good' giftable items? I restored my game and had really good items too but then when I went on it a second time it had gone back to my original items ! :P

I'M BAAAAACK! It's been a month and thank you to all the people who continued to gift me while my game was broken! After Game Insight gave me the restore code I had 200 items waiting to be collected. Also a funny thing happened - I could suddenly gift all those hard to gift items like Fuel 20...

yeah I think i'll be next. I just tried the new update and it has fixed nothing for me, I still can't open the game.

I updated it and it made NO difference. the game still crashes without even loading at all and I have to force stop. I think its time to move on to a new game! it's been 3 weeks no play I'm a bit over it :(

I hope after they fix all the problems that GI also extend the challenge timeframe for those of us who can't even open the game anymore. If it gets fixed and there are like 10 days left it may not be achievable?!

I also have this problem. I haven't contacted GI as they are useless only because the 'helpers' in their customer service team are limited in what they can say and do since 99% of the time the way the bugs need to be fixed through update revisions.
