I updated and can send gifts and visit friends again. After I updated, I did get all of the gifts everyone sent while I couldn't receive them, so thanks to everyone for sending them. I'll start sending out gift again today.

I am having the same problem with the update, it downgraded a bunch of my planes. It made both of my turboprops attack planes, which I can't fly. I did notice three new Collections, one of which gives an attack plane as a prize. So I suppose there is a new event they are trying to set up...

I still need shears too. I need 2 Chrysanthemums to finish the event. I get a flower once every 10-15 times I use the shears, quite annoying!
