That's weird. With 7 hearts I was able to visit 10 neighbours a day, now I have 8 hearts I can visit 11. But it seems to differ as I heard more of these kind of stories.

What the hell, same thing just happened to me. I guess when you complete the first and third sub mission, but not yet build the ice skating rink (have it in your inventory or not all items) the game sees it as completing the mission... This sucks XD Edit: I heard about the iPad warning, but...

No, but only the number 1 is certain of getting items for the space odyssey collection. The others have a 'high' or 'average' chance of getting items for it.

The Fuel Station level 3 is probably the hardest building to upgrade. You should always have the items in advance before spending money on it, as you can otherwise temporarily not use the building. It took me over a month to get all the required items.
