Nope. The fix was wrong. Attitude is the correct word. It basically means pitch. An altitude indicator is just a (usually digital) number of how high you are. The item pictured is an attitude indicator that shows what kind of angle the plane is flying at.

S1, definitely not. There’s an argument to be made for the Jumbos and Giants in S2 as they knock significant time off, but for shorter flights, the planes are in the repair shop after an average of five flights. If you lose them for 12hr repair after every five trips but only save five hours...
