Teresa, Thx for your reply - I have tried that as well with no success. GI now replied asking if I have changed my game progress!! A bit rich since it was GI that merged my data and messed up my progress.

Charles, Hope all ok with you despite AC issues. GI have excelled this time. I asked them to separate two games (main and one support on two separate devices) which had the same email address. I followed the instructions they gave me and now I have been left with my main in tatters! Somehow...
