I often watch them but don't get the reward!

Been playing this for a few weeks now. Level 35 - 50 stars and I've completed 2 or 3 alliance tasks every week over the last 5 weeks, but the alliance only achieves 30/50% overall. Is this as good as it gets, or should i look elsewhere? Ps alliance currently LVL 2

Certainly NO plans to use on speed ups :) WILL use on land when I get there - can still just about afford to buy it But what about anything else? I've added one reserve hanger slot (2 in total) is a third worthwhile? What about buying second repair slot? What about anything else like this...
