What’s a magic square?

An empty area surrounded by buildings that provide more passengers or coins.
Normally, you probably use such buildings to get, for example, 100 passengers +10% (110 PAX), placed randomly or specially, and in the case of a "square", you create a place where you can collect passengers, place a building in it, and collect, for example, these 100 passengers + 300%, which will give a total of 400 passengers from this building.
A big disadvantage - you have to move the buildings to the square one by one and back to their place at the airport.
Fun for those who make a lot of flights, the profit from the building increases several times, but you have to move the buildings...
