Windows Private Messages? Help!

I asked in my signature if people could send me a private message when they want to add me as a neighbor, I'm getting add requests but no pm's, are my pm's working? or are these just random requests? Where do you go on this site to check if someone is actually for real? (i.e. a forum member).

Really good question - I have that daily. It lies in that this is an unofficial fan forum, so not a direct ink to the game, and so many players have not found us! You can do a member search in here but that only works if the game name and forum name are the same. When I get invites, I check if I have any messages in here, or if the players ring a bell as people who have posted in here, and if so accept them. If not I check their game and will only consider them if they have planetariums, or any of Casino, Bank or Mint. The rest I decline.
