Previously when I had similar issue, I uninstall and re-install, problem solved. This time around I sent a ticket of the issue to GI support for education purpose

To speedily complete some daunting task requires spending real money. Flags and couple of other event items that are required in the event can be earned through obtaining Indispensable Set which cost 12 green cash as well as Impression Set which cost 18 green cash. I have noticed over a period of time that the five items required for the Airforce structure tends to drop from Condor flights rather than any other type of airplane. I have been focused on flying Condor's with active game bonuses.

I have a user guide for the Celestial Festival and would like to give user guide readers some idea of what is possible, if you are prepared to spend 12 days clicking money cars.
