Once you build and complete level 3, you lose the ability to gift any weather station items - like completing an event - so I can no longer gift ANY.

Same here aswell.
I also discovered this when I completed level 3 reserve hangar. Lost the ability to gift exit signs, machine oil, fire extinguisher.
I wonder if the same thing happens when completing MCC level 3. Will I lose the ability to gift antennas?

Yes you will lose antennas

Wow! Vacation is over, camping trip done, birthday party done, and school has started back up! I think I can breath again. LOL
I am sooooo far behind on AC. I don't even understand anything about the weather station other than it is ticking me off!
