You can sign up to a second account, this could be on a different platform, e.g. if you are an Android user you can sign up for a Windows account. You can also create multiple accounts for a single platform / device. I'm not sure of the process for different platforms but for Android you'll need a separate phone or different user account on the phone. You'll also need a separate Gmail / Google playpaccount. I may have it slightly wrong so if anyone wants to correct me please do.
