Questions regarding the visa Center

Say I have a terminal max (with 2x bonus) of 4900. If I fill my Visa Center with 5000 pax, can I collect from the center? Or do I have to fill the center with less than my max?
Next question - If I have 2 Visa Centers and one is next to my "Magic Square" and the other is mixed in with a group pf pax buildings, are the Visa Centers each capable of collecting pax independently of each other?

Pax are collected to a single Visa Centre repository, regardless of how many you have.

The capacity of the repository to hold pax is unlimited. However, you cannot transfer pax from the repository to your terminal if your terminal is full.

Does this imply that if my terminal's capacity is 4900, and my center has 5000, I'll be stuck with the 5000 until I get thhe terminal greater than 5000 capacity?

The entire contents of the repository are added to your terminal. Your terminal must be less than full to add the VC contents.

Hi old friend!
You can collect as many passengers in your VCs as you can in the time allowed. No limit!
You can only collect those passengers from the VCs if your terminal is not at full capacity.
All visa centers collect passengers collectively during a contract, no matter where they are located in your city, as long as they have roads.

Thanks Jenn. Your response made it even more clear. I'm in the process of rebuilding my city to reflect the need for more pax. Going on to bigger and better and more interesting tasks. Still gathering coins, but not as much. Thanks again.

A necessity when only have a single centre but lookie what still can be done.
