Well, I've heard a lot about Dutch vs French issues in Belgium, but I never imagined one man with 2 computers is enough to spark the controversy! : D

Talking about two computers:
Can you play more than one account on the same computer?
If so, how?

You will need to create 2 (or more) user accounts. You can play a different game under each user.

Once upon a time, I had a 2nd account. Create a new user account on your computer and re-download AC. I guess you can create as many user accounts as you want. Settings>Accounts>Family & other users>Other users (this is on windows 10)

Yeah, the one with multiple user accounts is the best one IMHO. I recommend setting up "login with pin" to make switching between users even easier.

If you set up a new user, download a fresh Airport City and then replace the LocalState with your backup LocalState it should work on any pc

Despite being vulnerable to cheating PC platform has a major advantage: any local crashes (Windows, SSD, game files) are easy to deal with. Just backup your game folder to a USB stick or a cloud, auto or manual. And as Dave has explained one can transfer his or her account from one PC to another at will.

Or you can start a new game, play to level 3, email G! support the friend code of both games, your platform, and tell them you need to move one to the other. They will give you a restore code that will restore your old game over the new one.

They were customer friendly, the last 2 times I did it I had a code in 24 hours and was up and running. I'm on android but it should work the same for windows.

It should be as up to date as the last time you were online. I noticed no difference in the new vs the old version.

I opened it every time I used the old laptop. I stayed up to date, I guess.
Now I must decide whether to use it or not and put the extra time in...

Wow, that rocks!
Because when games crash and players ask for restoration codes, they usually get a version that's few months old so I guessed same happens here.
