Missing levels

I played the game last night and i was on level 34 , this afternoon when i started playing my level has dropped to 13 , my 4 coal stations have disappeared along with some of my aircraft and 2 runways .
i am so pissed off because i have spent money building it.
has anyone got any answers to my predicament .
