Android Lost ALL neightbors

Somehow my airport was reset or something as I have lost ALL my neighboors and my Friend code has changed. Don't know what else has changed or has been lost. Very Irritating

Did you send to GI support with screen shot ?
Wait the answer from them because this server issue, i think so.
Do these steps maybe will help you:
1- Open your game visit Madlen Airporn then go to add friend and type test then click redeem

2- wait for neighbors popup message

3- you will see n2486 in waiting quit the game and open again delete n2486 from waiting (dont visit).

This will refresh your neighbors both in waiting list you will see who is waiting and also your neighbors will show up.
If nothing happen try it for one more time if nothing happen just contact GI support.

Hi @Husam I've been in contact with GI support almost since the beginning (After trying a few things here and they not working)..
FINALLY got a response yesterday & Today and this is what she sad today..

So I am still out for now as I don't want to play under this "new" account a loose all progress again..
Just wait 2 more days then send reminder this is my advice for now.
I think they will return back every thing you lost as building or items.
But not sure they will return all your neighbors, this you will do it by your self.
The new code will be same no more for old code.
This happen with many of players and they accepted and start again adding neighbors.
Important things is not losing any buildings or items.
