Items for Quests: Game No Longer Remembers Collecting Item

Looks like with the latest update, the game no longer remembers if an item was collected if the collection is completed. For instance, if I complete a collection early, but need to collect an item in that collection for a quest, then I would have to search for that item again if I claimed the collection already. It's pretty inconvenient and makes the player more hesitant to claim a collection in case the individual item may be needed to fulfill a quest.

This has been in effect for the last few events. If it's now for any collection item (like quests) I'm sure it's part of the new "features" they have implemented.

For some reason I'm just seeing the effect. Now I have to make sure I don't claim a complete collection until the quest requests it. They should fix it...it's kind of annoying.
