General How many usable slots in reserve hangar 3?

just upgraded to reserve hangar 2 and found out that the newly added slot also needed greenies so it basically is useless. I am wondering how many of them are usable among 10 slots in level 3? If still one I may not brother to upgrade. Thanks.
