Just found this. Clicked on fuel barrel at top of screen and had option of watching video for 20 units of fuel. New use for free videos?

It also works for free Passengers and items needed for some buildings. There is a daily limit, though.

I'd never seen it on fuel before. I'll have to look for passengers.

you dont have this on windows accounts. i only have that for my IOS account. 5 items, fuel or passenger per day

This is obvious, but worth stating. Don't ever want to watch the video for the P10 the game will suggest when you are short of filling a plane. Always want to visit your highest yield passenger building and speed it up for free instead.
