Using rich text editor (default when posting on this forum) you can click on the little flag to add a spoiler.
You'll find it when you tap '+' next to the add smiley, add picture and add video icons above...

Spoiler: See, I just did it! Tap me to read more...

Then enter the title and write/copy everything you need between the square brackets...

And it will look like this post! Works the same for PMs, sigs and posts...

I would use it, but my signature is divided on two spoilers. It looks too much text. It is limited to xy characters only?
