Windows Can't land planes despite empty stands. Restart changes next helicopter flight requirements

I often get an error message saying I need to vacate stands before I can land more planes. This happens even though I have plenty of vacant stands. When I restart the game to clear this, the items which were shown as required for my next helicopter flight have changed. This means that the items I had ready prepared are no longer required and I need to cook a new set.

Is this happening to anyone else?

You can also visit Madlen or some other neighbor to clear the landing strip of invisible planes.

As ArGi says visit madlen or anyone. No need to restart.
