Android cannot move nor sell

os: ics
ac version: 1.65
problem: i cannot move nor sell the gazebo and powerplant near the link of my airport side and city side. weird.

I had this issue but I think it was too close to the Airship Docking Station the Duke Crooker's Airship Store docks on.
I moved the docking station (off line) then was able to move and sell.

Anything near the Docking Station will be affected.
I read in another forum that you can get around this by putting your phone in "flight" mode while you rearrange other buildings.
Turn Flight mode off when you're done.
I tried and and it worked.
