Borrow sneakers help

Hi

I am stuck on a task on pursuit of beauty

I need to find violets girlfriend at a cottage in a neighbouring town and borrow her sneakers

I looked in neighbouring towns at the cottages and there are sneakers in some of the cottages but don’t get what to do as I can’t click on them?

Can anyone help please

You have to keep clicking on cottages in your neighbor’s cities and when the sneakers pop out that means you have meet that goal. Once you go back to your city you will get the screen that lets you know it was met and reward you.
