ATTN: DS2 down

earlier this week I had a system glitch on my Acer Iconia one android tablet, I had to reset my tablet to factory default, I contacted Acer about the problem, they told me not to use my back up file. Because the glitch would in there too. I can not play AC on it because there is no back up of DS2 on google play, contacted GI support hoping they can restore it.
