Since yesterday I have not been able to go to any of my neighbors. The game freezes and I have to close out and go back in. Also giving was super laggy yesterday and today. Anyone else having this problem?

Hello, I am a windows 10 PC player. I use multiple monitors. When I put Airport city on one screen (lets say the left screen) and I go to the middle screen to do some programming the game pauses. Any ideas on how to prevent that?

Is there a way to tell which of my friends are active? I thought I could keep track of the ones that send me a gift or visit my city and weed out the ones that do not.. I blindly added 81 and want to get rid of the ones that are not active. I already get a lot of "Call them back" messages...
