I had this happen a few years ago --- happened three weeks in a row and I had done nothing to cause it. Contact GI to restore your game and set your clock to not get time automatically and ever since I did that I haven't had an issue.

You do NOT need to restore Windows - this just happened to me as well.

I have a lot of launch items and an active QL - but not enough fuel / points to take top positions - positions are a "free for all" - take whatever position you want (even first - third) and launch it when you can.
