got it!! you are definitely back up and running. post another "need neighbors line" in the daily trading thread. If you are flying low level destinations put flight items u need (e.g landing lamps. additional radars, fuel, passengers) in your signature. Also if you are upgrading buildings, list items you need in your sig.
