Android Gifts not received

There is a bug in this version of the game for android. Today, I had a gap of 8 hours in my gift box. My gift box is/was not full, but I did not receive gifts during the last 8 hours. This is not possible. I have lots of friends that send me gifts daily and I did not get them. From my alliance members, and I know they sent me gifts. From my son. I saw on his game he sent me a gift half an hour ago, and I never got it in my gift box. Now,I receive gifts again, but where are my gifts from the last 8 hours? I need them! How am I supposed to play if I don't get my gifts?

Last week I had the same problem, so it's a recurring problem.

Same thing - I had 68 gifts awaiting me this morning. Collected all. Now, just 2 hours ago, there were 180 gifts, some more than 24 hours old, waiting to be collected. Yours will show up, sooner or later. This is on my Windows game. I would guess a server problem???

I did not open my game for 8 hours, and all gifts during that period are gone. The new gifts, after I reopened the game, are coming in normally. Anyhow, it's a bug. Gifts should not disappear, or in the best case, come in one day later.
