Also there is a section of all items required translated into English made by @Husam which is very good for your signature. I would recommend that you do your whole signature in English and then everyone will be able to read it.

Who create the private thread he will be the admin for that thread and you control it by adding and removing members or keep it private or public also you can choose the language that you want if you keep it a public thread in area 51 everyone can see it so new members who talk your language will join you go a head and start it and see who will join your thread.
