Had the same thing happen to me yesterday, plus the game crashed.I purchased a "Ashen Oak"by accident, 600 marsmellows got subtracted,
but the three is nowhere to find in my warehouse, how great.
I logged a ticket with GI...

For those who haven’t extinguished the volcano the fuel penalty has gone up and the volcano is looking more impressive

Hi neighbors,
I believe I read earlier that once you finish the event and extinguish the volcano all event flights are still available to be flown for stars WITHOUT any fuel surcharge. Could someone who finished the event confirm that. Just to be on the safe side, would you pls also confirm that you are still able to receive Chain Saws and that all event flights, neighbors' Burnt Trees and your Institutes of Volcanology still drop Marshmallows. Thanks in advance for replying.

Yes, yes and yes. Literally the only thing you miss is the drop from the volcano. Flights go back to normal fuel.

Anyone knows what time the daily reset of the league's occurs. I just finished cutting a bunch of trees etc. I should have shown a bunch of marshmallows and the counter shows 0. Any thoughts?

It updates itself regularly, but it's not immediate. Have to be patient. They will appear.
Reset not same as update. Reset is when you get the new steel boxes and coins. That's st same time as ordinary rest.

They have fixed the bug that allowed you to rapidly click on more than 5 of your neighbours burnt trees, they also seem to have reduced the number of flumps that dropped from neighbours burn trees.

I am not wasting my time to race those crazy people......Yes, Bali Hi is on Android, but BaliOS is on iPad.
When both of my games were on Titanium league, I could not see each other, so I assumed there are 2 or more seperate leagues divide along OS.
On my Platinum list, I could see AJ, Sari, Robby (Ara), Darek, Gt city all Android players.
However, Pakman who is on iOS is also there. So that throws my asumption off
Any theories how players are lumped together??
It is accidentally put me to the Platinum, and am 3starring Guadalajara.....
After that, I am done......

I have completed the 'Age of Ash' event, although I have not yet placed the new building. I am going to wait on doing that so I can complete more of the event flights.
I have not encountered any problems with the updates to Airport City or to the latest event. If anything, this event is much more fun than last time. The animation of the airplane bombing the volcano with a freeze bomb was great. I wish I could see it again.
I am even more delighted to discover that the problem I had with playing videos in Airport City has been fixed. This is terrific as it allows me to get some free gifts.
I noticed today that there were some new airplanes in my warehouse: .three S3 Giants, three S3 Falcons, and one regular Giant. The puzzling thing is that I did not buy these airplanes. I did buy a Condor airplane today so all my coins have been spent.
The question is, will GI allow me to keep these 'gift' airplanes, or will they disappear as suddenly as they appeared? Maybe the airplanes are compensation for my not being able to view videos in Airport City for the last 18 months.
I have sent an email to GI and I guess I will have to wait and see what happens. In the meantime, I'm going to make use of those six S3 airplanes while I have them. The speed increase with these airplanes is awesome.

I encountered new airplanes in my warehouse : 1 jumbo, 1 powerfull Delta and 4 Jet ! I was really happy !
So, I sold 2 turboprop to use 2 (free) jet. I built a reserve hangar to store other planes and when it was finish (to build) 2 jet disappeared, the powerfull delta too, it remained only the Jumbo.
So, be carrefull, store those new planes or put them in a hangar to keep them !
you are very lucky ! S3 planes are hard to obtain !
