I hope someone will post here if they notice the problem is corrected. I don’t want to waste anymore 7 hour flights and not receive credit. I have noticed another of my alliance member his # of flights and passengers carried is still increasing so obviously this isn’t affecting everyone.

It seems to be affecting just certain flights - mostly alliance flights, but some others also. Submit a ticket to GI support. Right now we can't seem to convince them that there is a problem, so everyone whose flights & passengers aren't being correctly counted needs to notify GI.

And, yes, you posted correctly! Welcome to the forum :):):)

This player has held the number one spot in the Titanium league for hours now with 2,118 marshmallows. I wonder why they haven't gone into the Platinum league which starts at 2,000... very odd?

So Im on Windows phone. I got the event yesterday a day after the other platforms. I have done the first three tasks including collecting chainsaws from neighbours but am stuck on number 4. I have no burnt trees with the (!) above them in my city. Anyone else got this problem? Apologies If i have missed it in this thread, i read most of it yesterday but could have missed it if already discussed.

Yep, have the same problem on android. I can click on the volcane and collect chainsaws in neighbour-cities, but since the event started, i had not a single burnt tree in my city.

i have contacted the support, their answer today was:

"Please, wait until the volcano changes the stage. Since it only appeared, the are very few burnt trees yet. They will start to appear soon. There is no error in the situation described."

I play this event the first time, how about you Disco? Maybe its intented, that the trees appears later, if the volcano changes. But what must be happen, that the volcano changes his stage? Is it timed, or will it be triggered through something? Can somebody maybe explain, how this works?

Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen (Thursday 19th April 2018 10.55am BST London)

Normally I would not pay too much attention to these events, the reason's for this are not worth going into here. My only reason for sitting up and paying attention this time, is the information I have read in this thread, with regards to the following items - Differential Relay, Lamp Shade, Hydraulic Cylinder, Autopilot, Pilot Headset, Head-Up Display, Pitit Tube, VSI.

I understand they can be used to repair Giant, Falcon, Thunderbird and Condor planes, which normally takes many hours to repair or green notes to repair. Not sure if this has been confirmed, but if true, I have updated my signature page to reflect this, in the hope it is true.

My question, will the above gift items, sitting stored in my warehouse, disappear once the event finishes, 14 days from now, or will they remain until used by my good self?

I have tested it on Facebook (was on Level 7) and as i reached Level 8 the event appeared and they was directly burnt trees around the city. So it must be a bug.
